Here's how I do it now: print out 6.000 anycodings_mailmerge copies of the PDF, then put all of them into anycodings_mailmerge the printer again and just print out name, anycodings_mailmerge address and other information on top of it. I just anycodings_mailmerge want to output some text onto each page and anycodings_mailmerge print it out. However, anycodings_mailmerge doesn't support the advanced PDF. I've got the list with all the people, and anycodings_mailmerge it's easy doing a mail merge in anycodings_mailmerge. I often get a PDF from our designer (built anycodings_mailmerge in Adobe InDesign) which is supposed to be anycodings_mailmerge sent out to thousands of people.
